01 Introduction and Scope
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 999 bd platform and all services connected to it. By opening an account, logging in, or starting to use any service on 999 bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
These Terms have been prepared for users in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. In the event of any language ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. 999 bd is an online entertainment platform that offers casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services.
In this document, "we", "our", and "platform" refer to 999 bd and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor.
02 Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account and use any service on 999 bd, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old. Registration or participation in gaming activities by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited.
- You must register with your own accurate and truthful information — providing false information may result in account cancellation.
- Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, both accounts may be closed.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must belong to the user personally.
- For account verification, you may be required to submit a National ID card or other government-issued identity documents.
2.1 Account Security
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. Account credentials must not be shared with anyone else. If someone else uses your account, you will bear full responsibility for all activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
999 bd follows an identity verification process to ensure secure transactions. The platform may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal request or at any other time. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in temporary account suspension.
03 User Responsibilities
All members must follow the rules below while using 999 bd services:
- Attempting to hack any system on the platform, or using software or bots to win unfairly, is strictly prohibited.
- You must not demean, threaten, or harass other users.
- You must not attempt to exploit bonuses by using two or more accounts simultaneously.
- The user acknowledges that they are using the platform voluntarily and of their own free will.
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- You must not exploit technical errors or bugs on the platform — any such errors must be reported to the support team immediately.
If any of the above rules are violated, 999 bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account without notice and to withhold the associated balance.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
999 bd supports deposits and withdrawals through popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are carried out via SSL-encrypted connections.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Deposited funds generally take a few minutes to appear in your account.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
999 bd offers various bonuses for new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions, and compliance with these conditions is mandatory.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be used — the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. The wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.
- Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per account.
- If your own deposit is withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 999 bd reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw an offer entirely.
- If there is evidence of any bonus system abuse, the bonus will be cancelled.
06 Betting and Gaming Rules
999 bd offers various gaming services including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. Each game category has its own specific rules.
6.1 General Gaming Rules
- Please read the rules of the relevant game carefully before playing.
- If a game stops midway due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
- Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be influenced by any party.
- If a game is affected by an internet disconnection, the result will be determined according to the system log.
6.2 Sports Betting
- Bets placed after an event has started may be cancelled.
- If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, bets will be refunded.
- In a multi-bet with several selections, if one selection is cancelled, that leg will be counted at 1.00 odds.
- 999 bd reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting activity and delay payment.
6.3 RTP and Fairness
The RTP (Return to Player) rates of all slot games displayed on 999 bd are verified through third-party auditing. The RTP rate reflects the long-term statistical performance of a game and is not guaranteed for any individual session.
07 Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Purpose of Data Collection

8.1 Self-Control Tools
- Deposit Limit: You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
- Betting Limit: You can limit the amount you bet within a given period.
- Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break from your account for a set period.
- Self-Exclusion: You can request to be excluded from the platform for a defined period.
09 Account Suspension and Closure
999 bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Opening an account under a false identity or providing incorrect information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Suspicious financial activity or signs of money laundering.
- Bonus system abuse.
- A security investigation is required.
9.1 Voluntary Account Closure by the User
Any member may apply to close their own account. In this case, any withdrawable balance in the account will be returned, but any bonus that has not met its conditions will be cancelled.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the 999 bd platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected under intellectual property law. Reuse, distribution, or modification of this content without prior written permission from 999 bd is prohibited.
The intellectual property rights of content belonging to third-party game developers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and others) remain with those developers. 999 bd displays this content under their authorisation.
11 Limitation of Liability
999 bd does not accept liability in the following circumstances:
- Issues caused by the user's internet connection or device.
- Service disruptions from third-party software or payment providers.
- Losses caused by unexpected technical failures or cyberattacks.
- Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or intentional misconduct.

12 Changes to Terms
